Each player may maintain only one (1) active account on the jlgg Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jlgg account. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
jlgg is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts as a condition of its regulatory obligations under PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance framework. Before processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, passport) and proof of address. jlgg may require additional documentation at its discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlgg account credentials. jlgg's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from any claim related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jlgg's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlgg Platform shall first be submitted to jlgg's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
